You can permanently delete your ORO account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the ORO app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab → Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, workout and nutrition logs, body measurements, progress and body-scan photos, community posts and their images, messages, and all other data linked to your account. This cannot be undone.

What may be retained

• Payment records required for tax and accounting are retained by our payment processors as required by law.
• Encrypted database backups are purged on a rolling cycle (within 30 days).
• We keep no copy of your photos or health data after deletion, and none of it is used to train AI models.
